We drove through three thunderstorms, hail, and blinding rain and had two baring down on us here even as we pointed the ourselves towards an opening in the clouds.Couldn’t have been happier to get home.Could be from any decade.
Saw this while walking my parents dog during a visit. I couldn’t deal with small town life anymore I don’t think, but it would be nice to be able to walk out of my apartment to a scene like this. Right now I don’t care to walk anywhere. Cement jungle in every direction.

This was the view from my front window one morning before work. Every instinct I had told me to take cover. That ribbon of green is not something you want to test. But in this day and age you have to ignore that feeling and just get to work. How unsettling it is to ignore instinct.
