Made some tasty gf vegetarian stir-fry with mushrooms and thai peanut sauce. It was San-J brand thai peanut sauce. Peanuty with a spicy zip at the end and tastes really good with mushrooms. It’s made with apple cider and rice vinegar if you have a sensitivity to regular vinegar too. Of course it all adds up to being more expensive than anything else on the shelf, but I think it was worth it.
