I made Rhubarb Crisp for the first time last month. It turned out perfect. Everyone said it was the best they’ve had. Sometimes it wants to get soggy or the opposite – dry. Mine was ok on both counts. My big mistake was leaving most of it at my parents’ for them to enjoy. I had separation anxiety towards food later that week.
I made my own Kindle screen saver / wallpaper thingy. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I had to get rid of my hack so my Kindle could accept the new upgrade to its firmware from Amazon. The hackers have yet to give us new code stuff to make awesome things like the above happen. I’m back to the boring screen savers. For now at least.
Yeah, I sorta fell off the face of the internet. Anyway, I’ve got a few projects in the works. Got Christmas crafting already started. Never too early, I say. My favorite thing about Christmas is all the hard work I know I’ve put into people’s gifts. It really is a lot more satisfying than stopping off at Walmart after work and picking up a DVD. Everyone should try it for one year. Walmart will always be there.
